Property and Real Estate Law
Russell Knight earned his B.A. in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound (2005) and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law (2008). During law school, Mr. Knight worked for the Consumer Protection Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert Austin of the Spokane Superior Court and worked for the Spokane law firm of Delay Curran. Mr. Knight is also a published author, including “The Church Potluck: Using Social Capital to Explain Membership Patterns of Christian Denominations in the United States.” Critique: A Worldwide Student Journal of Politics (2003).
Mr. Knight’s litigation practice focuses on business law, employment law, contract, construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Knight is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.
